Our product range falls under two main categories that utlise a different returns procedure
Bespoke Awning Products
Once we have started manufacture of your bespoke awning we will be unable to accept any returns. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, should you change your mind.
Other bespokse items such as valances or side panels can not be returned.
Non Bespoke Products
All products that have not been custom made, such as heaters, add ons and acessories can be returned for a full refund within 7 days under the distance selling regulation.
Should you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us for the returns procedure. Full postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that your product is found to be faulty we should be notified immediately. All replacement parts are on a return to base basis unless they are notified within 7 days from receiveing your purchase.
